I am an Assistant Professor of Data Science at the Department of Community and Population Health, Lehigh University. My research interests include the use of molecular dynamics simulation and interpretable machine learning to study structural and thermodynamics properties of proteins and polymers, computational & data sciences, scientific computing and HPC. I am also interested in applying machine learning techniques in solving health science related problems.
